Don Jazzy’s donation brings  the NGO’s total balance to N170 million. Earlier, VDM raised concerns after receiving the anonymous donation. In a previous post, he appealed to Nigerians and Zenith Bank for help identifying the donor. He was worried that it could be fraudulent funds. Consequently, He clarified that he had no involvement in any fraudulent activities and did not know who made the contribution.

Initially, no one came forward to claim responsibility for the donation. However, Don Jazzy,  whose real name is Michael Collins Ajereh, contacted VDM to confirm his role in the donation.

A surprising generosity

VDM expressed immense gratitude for Don Jazzy’s generosity, noting he never expected such a large sum from the music mogul. He explained that his NGO aims to support children in public primary schools lacking access to quality teachers. This donation significantly enhances his organization’s capacity to make a difference.
