The sexcapades involving Baltasar Engonga has sparked a legal dispute, as one of the women in the tape initiates a formal complaint.

Cristel Nchama, one of the women in the viral sexcapades tapes involving Baltasar Engonga, says she has had enough. She has officially filed a complaint with the National Gendarmerie in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea.

Engonga, the former head of the National Financial Investigation Agency (ANIF), triggered a huge scandal after investigators found dozens of explicit videos. Now, Nchama wants justice.

Nchama claims she was in a relationship with Engonga for four years. But things took a turn she never saw coming. She says Engonga tricked her into the filming. At first, she didn’t want to be on camera. But Engonga assured her he will delete the videos. Guess what? They weren’t.

“I never agreed to be filmed like that,” Nchama said. “He told me it would all be deleted. But here we are.” The videos, made in hotels, offices, and even bathrooms, have now gone viral. Nchama claims she never knew Baltasar would keep the tapes, let alone share them publicly.

“I am humiliated,” she stated. “It is my reputation, my honour. I want to know where these images came from and why he kept the images,” she added.

Seeking reparation for sexcapades

Nchama isn’t backing down. In addition to filing her complaint, she wants reparations. She’s demanding answers for the damage to her reputation. “Why did he keep these videos?” she asked. “Why expose us like this?”

Nchama says the betrayal has left her devastated. She says Engonga must account for it.  Her actions come after government fired Engonga  from his position at ANIF on Thursday. The government’s move was part of the wider investigation into his role in the scandal.

This sexcapades leak is shaking up not just social media but also the political scene in Equatorial Guinea. Many of the women in the videos are reportedly thinking of taking legal action too. The big question now is: Who leaked the tapes, and why?
