Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces new lawsuit as another woman has sued him for allegedly raping her in 2001.

Thalia Graves claims Combsl and his head of security raped her and recorded it on video at his recording studio.

Graves filed the new lawsuit on Tuesday  in federal court in New York. This is the latest in the strings of suits against Combs, who also faces charges of sex trafficking.

Combs has multiple allegations from women accusing him of sexual abuse.

In November 2023, Cassie (Ventura) filed a suit accusing Combs of drugging, raping, and abusing her for over a decade.

While that case was settled quickly, other lawsuits have followed, including Graves’.

These cases were made possible by New York’s Adult Survivors Act. The act  allowed victims to file claims even for incidents occurring decades earlier.

Sherman and Combs’ involvement

Graves alleges that she was 25 at the time of alleged incident.  She was dating an executive who worked for Combs in the summer at then.

She claimed  ‘Diddy’ and Joseph Sherman lured her to a meeting at Bad Boy Recording Studios.

Aaccording to her,  they allegedly drugged her during the ride to the studio.

She consequently blanked out and regained consciousness  inside Combs’ office and lounge at the studio.

By then, according to her, Graves was bound and the two men allegedly raped, slapped, and slammed her head against a pool table.

She claimed in the lawsuit that they  ignored her screams and cries for help.

At a news conference in Los Angeles, Graves claimed she has suffered from “flashbacks, nightmares and intrusive thoughts” in the years since.

Accompanier by her  attorneys, Gloria Allred, Graves said: “It has been hard for me to trust others to form healthy relationships or even feel safe in my own skin.”

She described her alleged experience as  “a pain that reaches into your very core of who you are and leaves emotional scars that may never fully heal.”

Even as Combs faces a new lawsuit, he is already in jail without bail in New York on federal charges.

He is further accused of running a vast network that facilitate sexual crimes and committed shocking acts of violence, using blackmail and other tactics to protect Combs and those close to him.

He has pleaded not guilty to racketeering conspiracy and sex trafficking.
